2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of GSTR ceramic pieces on the clstr.art website. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
GSTRs are handbuilt, unique ceramic wall elements. Each piece is numbered from 1 to 10,000. Photos on the site are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations may exist due to screen settings.
Each GSTR is one-of-a-kind. Once sold, it is no longer available.
4. Pricing
Prices are calculated by weight (€/100g) and displayed in euros (EUR), VAT not applicable (auto-entrepreneur regime, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
A minimum price per piece may apply for single-piece orders. For multi-piece orders, the price is calculated on total weight with no per-piece minimum.
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
5. Orders
Orders are confirmed after payment validation by credit card via our secure payment provider (Square). A confirmation email is sent to the address provided.
Guest checkout (without account creation) is possible, but limits access to certain future features (collection tracking, discounts, exclusive drops).
6. Payment
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Square Web Payments. Payment is secure and card data is never stored on our servers.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted when available.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Mondial Relay (relay point or home delivery), within Europe only.
Delivery times: 2–5 business days in metropolitan France, 5–10 days for the rest of Europe. These are estimates and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Packaging: Each GSTR is shipped in its own 10×10×10 cm box, which serves as the certificate of authenticity.
Tracking: A Mondial Relay tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us by email at contact@clstr.art with your order number.
Return conditions:
- The GSTR must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition
- A photo of the GSTR proving it is intact must be sent before return
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
- Refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return, via the same payment method
Pieces damaged during return cannot be refunded.
9. Warranty
GSTRs are handmade ceramic pieces. Each piece is unique and may present slight irregularities inherent to handwork (glaze variations, texture, shape). These characteristics are not defects.
In case of a proven defect or damage during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. A replacement or refund will be offered.
10. Intellectual property
All content on clstr.art (text, photos, videos, 3D models, design) is the property of Renate Frotscher and protected by copyright. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Purchasing a GSTR confers ownership of the physical object but does not transfer any intellectual property rights over the work.
11. Personal data
Data collected during ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. See that page for details on how your data is handled.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the seller's domicile (Aurillac, Cantal, France).
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
13. Effective date
These terms are effective from their publication on clstr.art and apply to all orders placed on the site.
